Dhal Soup

Dhal Soup


 Dhal Soup ingredients:

clean small ginger 
2 tsp Jeera  1 teaspoon
2/4 tsp Asafotida 
2 tsp Lemon juice 
Pinch Turmeric powder 
2 tbsp Ghee 
four/four cup inexperienced Gram dhal 
three green Chillies 
2/2 tsp Pepper Powder 
Salt ( required)

 Dhal Soup Method:
  • Wash the dhal and placed it into a strain cooker. Slit the green chillies into two and chop the ginger. add to the dhal. upload 6 cups of water, turmeric powder and a teaspoon of ghee and pressure prepare dinner for 2 whistls. Cool it and blend the cooked dhal in a blender. pressure via a sieve.
  • warmness the ghee in a kadai and fry the bread portions till it turns mild brown. eliminate and keep it. in the same kadai, upload the cumin seeds and fry for a while. upload asafetida powder and blend well. upload the dhal water and stir nicely. add Salt and bring to boil. allow to boil for 2 mins. transfer off the stove and add lemon juice and sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with croutons.
  • Dhal Soup is very tasty and  Dhal Soup is enjoy cooking.
