Garlic Soup



Garlic Soup ingredients:


3 tbsp Onion chopped 
small piece clean ginger 
2 inexperienced Chilli 
few Coriander Leaves 
6 to 7 Garlic Flakes (small size) 
2 tsp Oil  1 teaspoon

2 tbsp Rice flour 
few Mint leaves 
2/2 tsp Lemon juice 

Garlic Soup Method:

  • Take a pointy rod (like Vadai Kambi or kabab stick) and add insert the garlic flakes with the skin intact one after the other. keep the rod above the stove and rotate it over direct flame until it's miles completely roasted.
  • whilst it's miles slightly warm, remove it from the rod and other peel the pores and skin. preserve the grilled garlic aside.
