Hot sour soup ingredients:
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp. shrub / inexperienced bell pepper (chopped)
3 tbsp spring onions (chopped)
3 tbsp pasta sauce
4 tbsp. condiment or to style
2 1 /2 tbsp. Corn flour ot corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp. carrots (chopped)
2 tsp. Black Pepper powder or to style
half tsp sugar
A pinch Ajinomoto
Salt to style
5 cups water
2/4th cup shredded cabbage
A small block of Paneer / organic curd, non-obligatory

- Blend four cups of water, condiment, Soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto and turn out to boil.
