Missi Roti Breakfast recipe



Missi roti Ingredients:

2/2 tsp Saboot Dhania 
2/2 tsp Ajwain 
2/4 tsp Jeera Powder 
2/4 tsp Garam Masala
2 cup Whole flour 
2/2 cup Gram Flour 
2 - three tsp fenugreek leaves 
2/4 tsp Turmeric powder 
3 tbsp oil 
Water to knead
2/2 tsp Red flavorer
2/2 tsp Salt 
2 inexperienced chile
2 tblsp sliced Coriander Leaves
Pinch of sodium hydrogen carbonate

Missi roti method:
  • Mix flour, gramflour, salt, flavorer, turmeric powder, ajwain, jeera powder, corainder seeds, garam masala, soda, finely sliced inexperienced chilly, finely sliced corainder leaves and crushed kasoori methi. Mix well.
  • Now add oil item and rub it into the flour. Slowly add water very little} by little and create a soft dough and keep it lined with damp fabric for half-hour.
  • Knead the dough once more and create tiny balls.
  • Roll into a rather thick chapatti than usual. Pre-heat the girdle  and cook the missi roti with or while not oil.
  • Before serving cut it into and smear some butter thereon. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
