Onion Soup

Onion Soup ingredients:

5 cups Water  
2/4 cup Milk  
Coriander few leaves
Salt and pepper powder as required
2 tsp Corn flour 
huge Onion  three Nos
3 tsp Butter

Onion Soup Method:
  • First peel and chop the onions finely. In a thick bottomed cooking add butter,chopped onions and container. Fry the onion till it will become shiny. (Do not to brown it). upload water together with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. permit to boil for five mins. Or you may stress cook dinner it for one whistle. whilst it's far cooled down, put it in a liquidizer and make a satisfactory puree. skip through a sieve.
  • placed this back in a vessel and allow to boil once more. while it starts boiling, reduce the warmth. blend the flour in the milk and upload it to the soup. Stir continuously for few greater seconds and remove.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. upload salt and pepper powder and serve hot.
  • in case you wish, you can add little sparkling cream while serving.
  • Onion Soup is very tasty and Onion Soup is enjoy cooking.
