Spinach Lentil Soup

2 Onion 
2 Carrot 
3 Garlic flakes 
2 tbsp Oil 
A small Spinach 
Almond sliced into skinny flakes  few
Salt and pepper powder as required
2/4 cup Thuvar Dhal 
6 cups Water 
Mint few leaves 

Spinach Lentil Soup  Method:
  • Take away the spinach leaves from the stem and wash it properly. Take one big bowl of leaves and preserve apart.
  • Chop carrot, onion and garlic.
  • cook thuvar dhal in a stress cooker till tender.
  • In a thick bottomed vessel positioned the oil and whilst it's miles hot add other chopped onion and garlic and fry for few seconds. add carrot portions and saute for 2 to 3 mins. Then upload spinach leaves and mix it properly. add the cooked dhal in conjunction with the water and allow to cook for short time. get rid of and blend it well. Sprinkle salt and pepper. add few mint leaves and almond flakes. Serve hot.
  • word: in case you use mixie for blending, then permit the content to cool. pressure the water and preserve it aside. put the residue inside the mixie and grind it nicely. stress this and upload it to the reserved water and produce to boil. This manner, we are able to get clean soup.
