Spinach Soup



Spinach Soup ingredients:

five cups Water 
1 tbsp Butter or ghee 
Salt/ pepper powder (required)
clean  small ginger 
small Spinach 
2 small Cucumber 
three small Garlic flakes

Spinach Soup Method:
  • Separate spinack leaves from the stem. get rid of the pores and skin and seeds from cucumber. reduce it into small portions. Chop the ginger.
  • In a pan positioned the butter and add garlic chopped finely. Fry for some time. Then upload spinach, ginger and cucumber portions. Stir it properly. upload water and convey to boil. cook until the spinach is soft. Cool it. Grind it to a first-rate puree and strain it. positioned it back in a pan and heat it. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and serve hot.
