Vegetable Soup


Vegetable Soup ingredients:

four Nos Tomatos completely riped (medium length) 
2 No big onion (small length) 
three Nos Carrot (medium length) 
2/2 cup Chopped cabbage 
2/2 Cucumber (small size) 
three tbsp Soaked and cooked rajma 
2 tbsp Olive Oil  1 tablespoon
As consistent with taste Pepper energy and salt 

Vegetable Soup Method:
  • Chop two tomatos, 1/2 onion finely. Peel carrot and cut it into small cubes. combine all of the 3 and put it in a pressure cooker. add 3 cups of water and pressure cook for 2 to a few whistles. as soon as the cooker is cooled, drain the water and open the lid,  keep this water aside. Grind the cooked carrot, tomato and onion pieces to a easy puree. add this puree to the drained water and mix properly. hold aside.
  • reduce the 1/3 tomato into medium length pieces. cut cucumber into chunk size pieces. Chop the last half of onion finely.
  • warmth the oil in a kadai and upload the chopped onion and fry till it grow to be transparent. upload cabbage and saute for a minute. Then add cucumber and tomato pieces at the side of cooked rajma, salt and pepper powder and mix well. add half of cup water and convey to boil. whilst it begins boiling, upload the carrot puree, stir nicely and permit to boil all over again and put off.
  • Sprinkle little pepper and salt and serve with bread sticks.
  • Vegetable Soup is very tasty and Vegetable Soup is enjoy cooking.
