Mulligtawney Soup recipe Ingredients:

2 tsp Ginger
4 - 5 no. Garlic cloves
half of stick Cinnamon
2/2 tsp Fennel seeds
half cup Coconut milk
3 tsp Lemon juice
8 - 9 no. Curry leaves
half tsp Fenugreek seeds
2 tsp Black peppercorn
2 tbsp Gram flour
2 tbsp Oil
Salt As in step with taste.
2 tsp Coriander seeds
2 tsp Cumin seeds

Mulligtawney Soup recipe Method:
  • Grind garlic, ginger, cinnamon, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, fenugreek seeds and peppercorns into a pleasant paste.
