Gobhi Paratha ingredients:

For the Dough

2 /2 tsp Salt 
three/4 cup Water as needed to make a smooth dough 
Oil for making parathas
2 cups Wheat Flour 

For the filling
5 cups Finely Shredded Cauliflower 
three tsp Ginger garlic paste  
2/4 tsp Carom Seeds 
2/four tsp Cumin seeds  
2/four cup Cilantro 
3 inexperienced Chillies 
2/four tsp (optionally available) Tumeric Powder 
2 tsp Garam Masala 
2/2 tsp Amchur Powder 
Salt as needed
1 tblsp Oil 

Gobhi Paratha approach:
