Poha roll Breakfast recipe


Phona roll Ingredients:

3 inexperienced chillies
23 gms roast peanuts
2/4 tsp amchur 
2 egg 
35 gms poha 
105 gms potato
2/4 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to style
Oil for cookery
few coriander sprigs
2/4 tsp red chili pepper powder
3 tblsp breadcrumbs

Poha roll technique :
  • Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  • Wash the poha during a filter. Coarsely grind the roast peanut.
  • Wash & chop the inexperienced chillies and corainder sprigs.
  • Add poha, peanuts, chillies, corainder some leaves and spices to the mashed potatoes.
  • Mix well and roll into fascinating shapes.
  • Dip in overwhelmed egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry in oil until rolls golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tamraind Indian relish.
