Potato and Carrot Soup ingredients:

2 No. Onion 
3 No. Garlic cloves (small size) 
2 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil 
5 to six cups Water 
As required Pepper Powder and Salt 
three nos Potato (small size) 
3 nos Carrot (small size) 
2 No. Bay Leaf 

Potato and Carrot Soup Method:
  • Wash and peel the skin from potato and carrot and cut it into small cubes. you may want  cups every of diced potato and carrot and chop the onion finely.
