 Rawa Idli Breakfast recipe


Rawa Idli Ingredients:

2 tsp salt 
2 tsp meetha soda
2 tbsp oil
12-14 curry leaves 
3 cup flour 
2 cup bitter curd 
2 tsp mustard seeds 

Rawa idli method:
  • Mix salt and dahi in suji and build a thick batter victimization water.
  • Cover it and leave for one hour.
  • Now heat oil in associate degree extremely pan and crackle rai in it.
  • Then add sugar and meetha soda.
  • Add this to the idli mixture at this point.
  • Now grease idli item mould with oil and place the upper than mixture in it.
  • Boil 2 glass water in associate degree extremely autoclave and place idli mould in it.
  • Cover it and let it whistle.
  • Cook at high flame for 10 minutes then deduct it from the flame.
  • Open it and confiscate idli mould once 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot idlis with coconut seasoning and sambhar.
