Vada Breakfast recipe



Vada sambhar ingredients:

2 Onion finely cut
Salt to style 
2/2 cup Urad Daal
2/2 cup Moong Daal
2/4 tsp sodium bicarbonate
2 tsp Ginger
2-3 inexperienced Chilies finely cut 

Vada sambhar method :
  • Pick, wash and soak daals for 3-4 hours.
  • Grind them coarsely in an exceedingly liquidiser.
  • Now add onions,ginger, inexperienced chilies salt and leavening and blend well and put aside for five minutes.
  • Heat oil in an exceedingly pan or kadhai and deep fry a spoon of batter until golden
  • Serve with condiment as a breakfast or sambhar or rasam as a meal.
  • Vada Breakfast is very tasty and Vada Breakfast is enjoy cooking.
