Vada Breakfast recipe
Vada sambhar ingredients:
2 Onion finely cut
Salt to style
2/2 cup Urad Daal
2/2 cup Moong Daal
2/4 tsp sodium bicarbonate
2 tsp Ginger
2-3 inexperienced Chilies finely cut
Vada sambhar method :
- Pick, wash and soak daals for 3-4 hours.
- Grind them coarsely in an exceedingly liquidiser.
- Now add onions,ginger, inexperienced chilies salt and leavening and blend well and put aside for five minutes.
- Heat oil in an exceedingly pan or kadhai and deep fry a spoon of batter until golden
- Serve with condiment as a breakfast or sambhar or rasam as a meal.
