Vegetable Uthappam Recipe


Vegetable Uthappam ingredients:

2 1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp red chilly powder 
oil for cookery
3 cup rice 
a piece ginger 
3 inexperienced chilly 
2 cup split black gram lentil 
4 onion 
3 tomato 
2 tsp coriander leaves 
2 cup cabbage 
2 capsicum 
3 carrot 

Vegetable uttapam method:
  • Soak rice and decalitre individually for regarding half dozen hours.
